Testing & compliance

Standardisation you can verify, not just take our word for.

Every batch we supply is tested before it leaves the facility. Here's exactly what that means, and how to get the paperwork for your own due diligence.

The process

From raw material to your delivery address.

01

Source verification

Every manufacturer we work with is GMP-certified and audited before we list an extract. We don't onboard suppliers on the promise of a spec sheet alone.

02

Batch testing

Each production batch is tested by HPLC or an equivalent validated method for the active marker we advertise — withanolides, rosavins, cordycepin, beta-glucans, eurycomanone, or beta-ecdysterone, depending on the extract.

03

Contaminant screening

Heavy metals, microbial load and pesticide residue are screened against UK/EU food-supplement thresholds before a batch is released for sale.

04

Certificate issued

A batch-specific certificate of analysis (COA) is generated and held on file. We send it to you before dispatch, not after you ask twice.

Accreditations

What sits behind the paperwork.

GMP Certified Facilities

All manufacturing sites in our supply chain hold current Good Manufacturing Practice certification, re-verified on our audit schedule.

ISO 9001:2015

Quality management systems audited to ISO 9001:2015 across our core manufacturing partners.

Batch-Tested (COA)

Every SKU is sold with an available certificate of analysis, tied to the specific batch you're buying — not a representative sample.

UK & EU Compliant

Documentation and labelling support aligned to UK Food Standards Agency and EU Novel Food frameworks, so your import paperwork isn't a guessing game.

Before you order

Request the COA for your specific SKU and quantity.

We can send the certificate of analysis ahead of any commitment — it's standard due diligence, and we'd rather you check it than assume.

Request a COA

Regulatory position statement

A short summary of how each extract is classified under UK & EU supplement and novel food rules — sent on request, buyer by buyer, since classification can depend on your specific product use.

Common questions

Testing & compliance, answered.

What trade buyers usually ask before placing a first order.

Ask via the contact form or WhatsApp with the extract and quantity you're considering. We hold a certificate of analysis on file for every batch and can send it before you commit to an order, not just after dispatch.

HPLC (high-performance liquid chromatography), or an equivalent validated method, for the specific active marker of each extract — withanolides, rosavins, cordycepin, beta-glucans, eurycomanone, or beta-ecdysterone depending on the SKU.

Yes. Every facility in our supply chain holds current GMP certification and is audited to ISO 9001:2015, re-verified on our own audit schedule rather than taken on trust from a one-off spec sheet.

Yes. Heavy metals, microbial load and pesticide residue are screened against UK/EU food-supplement thresholds as a standard part of batch release — not an optional add-on you have to request.

We can supply a regulatory position statement covering how each extract is classified under UK and EU rules. Specific export documentation needs vary by destination market, so tell us where you're importing to and we'll confirm what we can provide.

A batch that doesn't meet its standardisation or contaminant thresholds is not released for sale. Certificates are issued per batch specifically so that what you're buying is what was actually tested, not a representative average.
