The Starter tier begins at 1–10kg per month across the extract(s) you need — there's no separate minimum order fee or account setup charge on top of that.
Your monthly volume determines which tier you sit in — Starter, Growth or Scale — and the per-kg rate improves at each tier. We confirm your exact pricing once we know your SKU mix and volume, published tiers just tell you roughly where you'll land before you enquire.
No long lock-in contracts. Trade accounts run order by order at the pricing tier your volume qualifies for, so you're not committed beyond what you actually order.
Yes — tiers are based on your total monthly volume across the core range, not any single SKU, so a mixed order of e.g. Ashwagandha and Ecdysterone counts toward the same tier.
